Secretariat is a useful program that allows you to keep track of contact information, tasks and invoices for a medium-sized company. The program allows you to create a database and manage items such as employees, tasks or incoming correspondence.
Before using the application you should enter the categories and the resources in the Settings tab. You can also add contact information when you are entering a new task or invoice.
