Aimersoft 3GP Video Converter is an application with a pretty self-explanatory title - it lets you encode video files of various formats (e.g. AVI, FLV, MKV, MP4) to the 3GP format. But it also supports other media extensions, such as MP3, WMA and 3G2.
The interface of the program is simplistic and easy to work with. Media can be imported into the list by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.
In the queue you can check out the name, original and trimmed length, as well as estimated size and destination name of each video.
The process is simple - after you specify the output directory and format, you can initiate the conversion process.
On top of that, you can adjust audio and video parameters regarding the resolution, encoder, frame rate, bit rate, sampling rate and channels. Settings can be restored to their initial values at any time.
Additionally, you can preview clips in a built-in media player and take snapshots, trim and crop videos, add watermarks, apply effects (e.g. grayscale, brightness), convert videos with subtitles, view file information, create new profiles, change the interface language and snapshot directory, and more.
The video encoding software quickly finishes a task while using a very high amount of system resources. No errors have occurred during our tests and Aimersoft 3GP Video Converter did not freeze or crash.
It generally keeps a good image and sound quality. But in a couple of cases, the picture quality of an AVI and MKV file was pretty poor. A comprehensive help file with snapshots can come to the aid of novices. We strongly recommend Aimersoft 3GP Video Converter.
