Virtual notes is an easy-to-use application that gives you the possibility to quickly create notes in a database and sort them by category. It features straightforward features for carrying out this task and doesn't need an active Internet connection to work.

This is a tool optimized for desktops, tablets, laptops and notebooks running Windows 8, 8.1 and 10. Because it's an app trusted by Microsoft, it can be downloaded and installed from the Windows Store, in order to seamlessly blend it with your Start Screen or Menu.

The interface is represented by a large window with a wood theme, which can be switched to full screen mode by clicking the first button on the upper-right corner of the window.

The database of Virtual notes is initially empty. To create notes, right-click somewhere on the window or click the burger button on the upper-left corner to choose App commands, then select Add note from the vertical black bar on the button.

On the other hand, it doesn't make room for customization, which puts off users who prefer more flexibility.
