Cretica Invoice is an invoicing application aimed at small businesses and organizations. It's wrapped in a user-friendly interface and features a rich set of options and configuration settings for creating and managing invoices.
Installing this tool is a fast task that shouldn't give you any trouble. At startup, you are invited to create your company's profile by filling in information regarding the saving directory on the disk, company details (e.g. name, ID, bank account number), profile password and description, address, and contact phone number, email address and website. In the following wizard step, it's possible to configure general settings (e.g. days until due date, invoice notice, auto-backup), invoice setup (e.g. due amount, unpaid invoices), KID settings (number used when paying an invoice to identify the customer and invoice), VAT data, along with email, regional and invoice template settings.
Once the company's profile is built, you can create and manage invoices and invoice deliveries, add and administer customers, products and groups, keep track of time, transfer hours, consult a calendar and insert messages, as well as configure printer settings.
Any tabs can be hidden from the main app window when it comes to the invoice, customer, product, time, and calendar. By default, the application generates helpful messages for the calendar, outstanding invoices, time transfers, subscription-based invoices and others, but they can be deactivated.
Surprisingly, it had minimal impact on the computer performance in our tests, running on low CPU and RAM. It didn't hang, crash or prompt error messages. Thanks to its approachable interface and options, Cretica Invoice can be handled by all types of organizations who want to easily create and manage invoices.
